The Property is well maintained at a good place in Morjim. It's not beach front but not too far from the beach as well (4-5 min by Scooty). The Rooms are spacious, Well Maintained, Clean and airy. The pool is good and a definite value addition. We enjoyed it in this Summer. Breakfast spread is nice and the other foods are tasty too. Overall a good stay.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions. It was clean, stylish. I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. ..

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Attention was fantastic. The rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety. The only problem as usual is the coordination during the reservation about the kind of beds... but we managed on-site.

Was a nice place to stay. 2-3 beaches are near to this resort. Hotels with goan foods are near. Staffs are excellent. They guide you properly. Also GPS location is very accurate, it takes you to the resort exactly.

We loved the pool, breakfast and the hospitality of the staffs. For me, it was the best stay in a budgeted hotel. Breakfast menu was limited, whatever they offered it was good in taste.

Impressed by the personal touch extended,Con room wifi not so good although wifi in lobby works well. By Standards it is 5.0 star. All in all had a good stay.
